Course Goal / Objective

Chemical kinetics, equilibrium, aqueous environment, the balance, acid-base properties, Buffer Solutions, Acid-based indicators, neutralization reactions and titrations, dissolution precipitation reactions, chemical thermodynamics, and basic electrochemistry concepts be taught by chemistry and the concepts of chemical problem solving to apply skills to teach. The knowledge and skills gained in this course in upper-class courses to gain the ability to use

Course Content

The Rate of a Chemical Reaction, Dynamic Equilibrium, Dynamic Equilibriumin Aquoues Media, The properties of Acids and Bases, Buffer solutions, Acid Base Indicators, Neutralization Reactions and Titration Curves, The Solubility Product and Criteria for Precipitation and Its Completeness, Chemical Thermodynamic, and The prencibles of Electrochemistry The Concept of Entropy, Evaluating Entropy and Entropy Changes, Criteria for Spontaneous Change: Electrode Potentials and Their Measurement, Standard Electrode Potentials, Ecell, G, and Keq, Ecell as a Function of Concentration,Batteries, Producing Electricity Through , Chemical Reactions.,Corrosion, Electrolysis,Industrial Electolysis Processes
