Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is presenting basic principles behind project management applications and providing a managerial point of view to the students.

Course Content

In this course, starting from the idea creating stage, all the managerial and technical issues will be evaluated related to forming criteria of project selection, determining project manager and organization, planning, conducting, controlling and finishing stages of projects.
