Course Goal / Objective

This course helps students analyze the components of administration buildings in the design process, identify the data in different types of buildings and design program, make typological analysis, conceptual, theoretical and practical work in acquiring the knowledge and skills .

Course Content

Types of buildings and the basic concepts and theories of management, organization and regulations of central and local government buildings, building programs and space organizations / typologies, building programs and organizations in place, the choice of the management of land and office buildings, operating systems / types of plans, sections and divisions of administrative buildings. Solid design principles and priority areas of work, office spaces,design of buildings and places that has priority program and design in administration buildings. Administration and management offices and their solid design principles, parts of buildings and the common areas and common parts of buildings, fields, organization models, office work spaces examination of environmental technical conditions, featured interior spaces and office buildings organization of space, and examining various examples and queries.
