Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach students the morphological and physiological characteristics, ecological requirements, reproduction biology and production techniques of hard-core (peach, apricot, plum, cherry, cherry) and fruit species such as figs, pomegranates and strawberries, To find new varieties and production methods with research and breeding, to establish more efficient facilities with new techniques, to be able to apply what they have about these types of fruit and to provide profitable production methods.

Course Content

The morphological, biological characteristics and breeding techniques of peach, nectarine, apricot, plum, cherry-sour and nir, pomegranate and walnut are examined from hard-seeded fruit.
