Course Goal / Objective

The main objective of the course is to introduce students to the contextual framework of politics and policy-making in modern Turkey.

Course Content

This course is compulsory for all second-year students of international relations. The main objective of the course is to introduce students to general introduction to politics and policy in modern Turkey, with particular reference to institutional structure of the State. It also intends to analyze party politics and major issues in domestic politics of Turkey.
