Course Goal / Objective
To adopt the total quality management philosophy aiming to minimize the possibility of error by carrying out individual quality control on raw material, semi finished product and product basis. To understand quality control techniques and applications.
Course Content
Concept of Quality, Standards and Standardization, the standard importance of manufacturing and service sector, Management quality and standards, environmental standards and quality management system model to learn.
