Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this class is to comprehend phonetic and morphological features in Turkish.

Course Content

The content of the course is basic consepts related to language, status of Turkish among world languages, status of Turkish among history of Turkish language, basic consept related to phonetics; phonetics of Turkish, vowels and consonants; sound events about to vowels and consonants; morphologic features of Turkish, rules of word formation in Turkish, suffix-base conjugations and derivational suffixes.
