Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is teaching literary movements emerged in Western literatures

Course Content

The content of this course is information about the concept of the literary movement, the reasons for the emergence of literary movements in the West, symbolism, surrealism, the reasons for the emergence of surrealism, characteristics, their representatives, the reasons for the emergence of the modernist novel , information about modernist techniques, the features of postmodern literature and postmodernism
