Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce the Classical Literature which occured in Azerbaijan Central Asia and Ottoman areas in the 17th and 18th century, its prominent representatives and their works. In addition reading the texts about them.

Course Content

At this course 16th-17th century classic Turkish literature is explaining with every characteristic and reading example texts are processing.

LO05 Recognizes 16th and 17th century Mesnevis and Mesnevi writers.
LO06 Recognizes 17th and 18th century prose works.
LO07 Recognizes old sources like historical works and biography collections.
