Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to show the problems related to Anatolian and Rumelia dialects and to teach them to analyze.

Course Content

In this course, term of dialect; history of dialect studies; classification of Anatolia and Rumelia dialects; vowels and their features in dialects; consonants and their features in dialects; sound events related to vowels and consonants; inflections of noun and verb; determination of features of phonetics and morphology on dialect texts; determination of local words are explained.
