Course Goal / Objective
The aim of thiscourse is introduction of softwares used in and Turkology and linguistics studies and related applications.
Course Content
In this course, basic electronic text concepts and archiving of texts, conversion of printed texts into electronic texts, basic software used in vocabulary studies, text processing with office softwares, building and evaluation of vocabulary lists through online resources, frequency index concept and applications, basic text mining and natural language processing concepts are explained.
