Course Goal / Objective
By knowing the properties of biological materials, to develop appropriate materials for post-harvest processes suitable for this material
Course Content
In this cource is to determine the physico-mechanical properties of the crop after harvesting, and from these properties, cleaning, sorting and packaging processes
