Course Goal / Objective
To provide knowledge and understanding on basic concepts of education and religious education, fields of religious education, theories of religious development, history of religious education in Turkey and religious education in schools some selected western countries.
Course Content
Some concepts of religious education, the fields of religion education, its principles and relationship between other sciences are going to be referred theories of religious development, religion and learning, historical development and legal sources of religious education in Turkey, training of teachers for religion, experiences of religious education of western countries.
