Course Goal / Objective

The purposes of the course are to give Oral and Dental Health Technician students comprehensive knowledge on dental clinic workflow and improve their clinical care and management skills by practical exercises

Course Content

The features of a dental clinic, patient acceptance protocol of dental clinic, patient appointments, patient safety, healthcare professional safety, sterilization protocol , materials in dental clinic, the factors of success relationship of patient-healthcare professionals in dental clinic, the importance of continuing professional education in maintenance and management of dental clinic.
