Course Goal / Objective

One of the important problem in fruit and grapevine production is the pest problems because they cause important yield loss in orchards and vineyards. The successful control of this pest can do via get the necesery information such as description, ecological needs, biology, behavior, damage type of the pest and of course its natural enemies. So, In this lecture is aimed giving all sort of information about the pests and its control methods..

Course Content

The contents of the lecture is give the information of the pest problems such as its description,biology,ecology and control of pests on fruits and vineyard (citrus pest, olive pest, fig pest, pomegranate pest, vineyard pest, poma pest , stone fruit pest, and nuts fruit pest) production areas with supported by picture,figure on power-point presentation and also visiting the orchards
