Course Goal / Objective
Purpose of this course is to teach the following topics: History of microbiology, the importance of the basic rules, groups of microorganisms, the general characteristics of microorganisms and their diagnosis, microbial genetic events.
Course Content
Introduction and history of microbiology, general characteristics of microorganisms, microbial nutrition and growth conditions, serological and molecular methods used in the identification of microorganisms.
