Course Goal / Objective

In this lecture, students will know to distinguish between mites, especially plant feeding mites and insects. In addition, general physiology and morphology of the mites will be taught. Afterwards, plant feeding mites will be identified at family and species levels. The biological characterisitics and methods to control mites will also be explained in detail. Therefore, student will recognize plant feeding and beneficial mites and also suggest a method to control them.

Course Content
