Course Goal / Objective

To classify classification of harbeceous plants used for aesthetic and functional purposes in landscape design; To introduce the properties of family, kind, and species, and general information about their use; To define some terms regarding plants in general. To reinforcing the knowledge about plants through herbarium making

Course Content

Classification of herbaceous, important families including plant species suitable to outdoor uses. General properties of these families suitable for use, and their qualitiesregarding cultivation. Introducing those used in environmental recovery on the basis of species, genus, and families.
