To be able to teach practically all events of track and field

LO05 Uses running techniques correctly at different distances (sprint, middle distance, long distance).
LO06 Learns and uses jumping techniques such as long jump, high jump, pole vault.
LO07 He/she lists the basic physical characteristics (endurance, speed, strength, agility, etc.) required to increase performance in athletics.
LO08 Analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of athletes by making performance evaluations.
