Course Goal / Objective

With this lesson, students will be acquire knowledge about plumbing installations of the central heating system, boiler installation, air feeding line of the boiler and chimney connection installations, the assembly of the burner system and to operate the central heating system

Course Content

1 Heat loss calculation of the building, which will be installed central heating system, the device selection 2 Heater selection, pump selection, expansion tank 3 Plumbing pipe and heater installation 4 Boilers, boiler installation 5 Account the cross section of boiler chimney, chimneys 6 Midterm 7 Boiler room air conditioning 8 Boiler control elements, boiler safety elements 9 Expansion tank assembly 10 The connection of the collector, boiler installation 11 Boiler feed water connection, drainage installation 12 The burner assembly 13 Fuel tank assembly, fuels 14 Fill the plumbing with water, getting the air of installation 15 Test the installation and bring ready it for the operation 16 Final exam
