Course Goal / Objective

The course aims to explain the importance of the principles of teaching Turkish. Providing of basic knowledge, methods, skills and technics concerning teaching of Turkish in first level of elementary school.

Course Content

Defining of mother tongue. The place and importance of mother tongue in human life. Overview of learning fields in Turkish and relationships between these learning fields. Reading. Listening. Writing. Speaking. Visual reading and visual presentation. Measurement and assesment.
