Course Goal / Objective
Democracy, democracy and the principles of formats. Constitution, constitutional types, modified, importance. Constitutional movements in the world and the Turks. The importance of the state Constitution and freedoms. The Turkish constitution. And basic principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey. Fundamental rights and duties. Human rights, development and importance, and the universality of the historical and philosophical origins of human rights and freedoms. The birth of public freedoms and international level to implement the transition. The development of human rights, international levels, dimensions, conservation. Organization and the main documents on human rights. Political systems.
Course Content
State, birth of state, shape of state. Definition of country and nation. National sovereignty, political organization. Turks and their characteristics in Kemalist idea. Democracy, democracy form and essentials. Constitution, types of constitution, making constitution, its importance. Constitutional acts in World and Turks history. Importance of constitution in terms of freedoms and states. Turks Constitutions. The Constitution of Turkish Republic and its main essential. The main rights and duties. In 1982 Constitution Turkish Republics state system; Legislation, Execution and Adjudication. Humans rights; their growing, their importance, their universalities, the historical and intellectual origin of Humans rights and freedoms. The birth and feasibility of publics freedoms on nations rank. The growing, saving and dimension of Human right on rank of international.
