Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to investigate semantic characteristics of languages, to deal with the paradigmatic and syntagmatic relation from linguistic perspective, help the students to identify semantic relations as described by linguists.
Course Content
The contents of this course include teaching about meaning, meaning of expression, meaning of utterance, sociological meaning, logical and semantic relations , semantic features and communicative dimension of meaning.
