Course Goal / Objective
Besides learning the terms and meanings of philosophy, ethics, morality and law, and having the ability to understand the basic similarities and differences between Ethics and Law, it is aimed to teach ethical and judicial ethics concepts in law
Course Content
The relationship between morals, ethics and value concepts. Change and continuity in morals and ethics. Understanding ethics and value in European and Islamic civilization. The moral grounds of law. The importance of law in ethics
