Course Goal / Objective
Provide information about project development and management. Enhance the skills of developing and managing projects.
Course Content
This course underlines main components of project management in the field of instructional technology. This course will offer students with necessary background and skills in project management by providing with an understanding of the theory and practice of project management process. The course will cover project management context and processes, project integration, project management, time management, cost management, quality management, team management, risk management and project planning in the process of design development and evaluation
