Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to express physiological events occurring in plants developed in vitro

Course Content

This course concentrates on the physiological aspects of tissue culture like nutritional requirements of explants, plant growth regulators required for differentiation. Also, problems like vitrification, tissue browning, shoot tip necrosis and restricted gas exhance are examined.
