Course Goal / Objective

1. To be able to comprehend the raw materials, formation, types and storage forms of cement. 2. To be able to comprehend the properties of aggregate and aggregate heaps to be used in concrete production. 3. To be able to comprehend the basic properties of water to be used in concrete production and maintenance. 4. Can apply the basic principles for concrete production, transportation, installation and maintenance

Course Content

Explains the description and form of the aggrecan. Physical properties of aggregates. Physical properties of aggregates. Experiments of aggregates. Cement varieties and physical properties. TS experiments. Water, Betonda water usage. Properties required. Concrete recipe, classes, symbols Concrete / ready mixed concrete types Places and advantages and disadvantages with respect to each other Calculates the amount of material to be used in the production of concrete Necessary tests to determine the quality of concrete A sample is made of a mixture of concrete, consistency, processability, unit weight, cure pressure and tensile strength tests on the mixture , Consistency through the mixture, processing, cure, unit weight, cure pressure and tensile strength tests General review and evaluatio
