Course Goal / Objective
Dünyada Çevresel Etki Değerlendirmesi (ÇED) konusunda yapılan çalışmalar, Türkiyede ve diğer ülkelerde ÇED raporu hazırlama süreçleri, ÇED ile ilgili yasal düzenlemeler ve sorumlu kurumlar, ÇED çalışmalarında kullanılan mevcut değerlendirme yöntemleri, bu yöntemlerin uygulanmasında ortaya çıkan sorunlar ve eksiklikleri kapsamaktadır.
Course Content
ÇEDin tanımı, ve kapsamın öğrenilmesi, ÇED konusunda yapılan çalışmaların araştırılması Türkiyedeki ÇED Yönetmeliği ve diğer yasal düzenlemelere göre ÇED raporlarının nasıl hazırlanacağı tartışılır.
