Course Goal / Objective

Interactions of toxicity and hypoxia caused by various pollutants such as heavy metal, pesticides, industrial and domestic wastes, which are caused by stress on fishes, which are involved in the aquatic environment will be determined.

Course Content

Stress, stress sources and mechanism of stress formation in fish. Determination of stress level in immunological endocrinological and hematological dimension and determination of stress indicator parameters. Examination of the various responses of the fish in terms of morphological and physiological aspects of different types of stress factors. Evaluation of recent studies on the subject.
