Course Goal / Objective
General immunology and fish immunology. Terminology and general concepts in immunology. Mechanisms of protection against diseases in fish (Injection, fish-pathogen relations, serological, hematological methods, non-specific immunity for inflammation, inflammation specific immunity). Types of immunity and influencing factors, immunoglobulins, identification of organs and cells of the immune system
Course Content
Immune system (definitions, immunological reactions), anatomical organization of fish immune system, immune response and immune response in fish samples (against pollutants, against stress and parasitic diseases, etc.) fish immunization, immunization techniques, immunohistochemical and immunoenzymatic techniques in recent years evaluations of related researches.
