Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to examine the physiological basis of plyometric training and the reflex control and mechanical properties of pliometric exercises.

Course Content

Reflex mechanism, anatomical and mechanical properties of pliometric exercises, physiological responses developed with pliometric training, The effect of pliometric training on elastic strength and velocity of muscle and planning of pliometric training.
