Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to understand the organization and culture of the people in the working environment; The course aims to provide the students with the necessary information about cultural differentiation, cultural change, cultural relativism and integration, and to learn about the new expansions of organizational culture.
Course Content
The content of this course, culture, organizational culture concepts and birth, the functions of organizational culture, the main elements and forms of expression, the classifications and organizational results and organizational changes are created.
