Course Goal / Objective
To know the basic concepts and theories necessary for the nursing nurses, to create the organizational structure of nursing services and to gain knowledge about the management of nursing manpower resources.
Course Content
Basic concepts and theories of management, historical development of management, objectives and objectives of management of nursing services, stages of management process (planning, braiding, orientation, control)
