Course Goal / Objective
In this course; The aim of this course is to introduce the concepts related to quality management in health services and to give basic information about international quality and accreditation standards
Course Content
In this course, the concept of quality in health services, quality measurement, service improvement, quality team work, quality certification in health services - accreditation and patient safety
