Knowledge about CPM, bar chart, resource layout and levelling in construction

Course Content

The concept of planning; Phases of the production process in construction projects; Planning methods (GANNT CHART, CPM, PERT); Resource allocation and resource balancing methods; General information about software packages on schedules.
