Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to be informed about the age and ageing in molluscs, teleosts and chondrhthyes, againg methods used these organisms, age composition and their interpretation in fisheries assessment studies.
Course Content
Hard structures for ageing in teleost fishes, the structure and the analysis of these tissues, indirect methods for ageing in teleost fishes, the structures for ageing in chondrichthyes, againg methods from these tissues, age composition and their interpretation.
