Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach the production of Pleurotus spp., Auricularia spp., Lentinus edodes, Volvariella volvacea, Flammulinas velutipes and Tuber spp. biology of mushroom species, micelle production, ecological requirements and cultivation techniques.
