Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to determine the reactions which can be determined by immunohistochemical method in animal tissues or animal cells.

Course Content

In this course, antigen-antibody complexes in animal tissues, immunohistochemical or immunocytochemical detection of infectious agents and tumor markers, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry method, types and applications and immunohistochemical characteristics will be given.
