Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to make students comprehend gene cloning techniques in microorganisms and to understand the biotechnological, agricultural and industrial importance of gene cloning in microorganisms
Course Content
Genome structure of microorganisms, cloning vectors, cloning enzymes, cloning of PCR products, gene transfer methods, yeast cloning vectors, biotechnological, agricultural and industrial importance of gene cloning in microorganisms
