Course Goal / Objective
To produce disease and physiological models in experimental animals (such as diabetes, tumor, pregnancy process, diabetic neuropathy)
Course Content
Which experimental animals are suitable for disease models. Similarities and differences, formation of experimental diabetes case, characteristics and treatment methods, development of diabetic neuropathy, treatment and effects on molecular level Development of experimental obesity, relationship between obesity, diabetes and alzhemier, formation and development of experimental pregnancy model, pharmacological agents used in pregnant women and fetus effect, Experimental Cancer Development and Types, Characteristics, Pharmacological agents and phytotherapy used in cancer cases, Formation of experimental pain models, Characteristics and Evaluation of Moecular Level methods for the evaluation of blood, tissue and urine samples are described.
