Course Goal / Objective
To learn genome analysis methods,polymerase chain reaction (PCR) mechanism and optimization, DNA isolation, agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of PCR products, Preparation of solutions and gels and staining of gels, QF PCR method, PCR and QF PCR results analysis and interpretation, PCR types Time PCR methods and applications, Blotting techniques, Application areas (PCR RFLP, Sequence analysis, Gene cloning).
