Course Goal / Objective

To teach the biotechnological methods in the field of viticulture related with grapevine breeding, genetics, physiology and propagation

Course Content

In this lesson, in vitro techniques such as meristem, shoot tip,node and callus culture, somatic embryogenesis, organogenesis, and micro-grafting is taught for preservation of grapevine genetic resources, the rootstock and variety breeding, and production of grape sapling.
