Course Goal / Objective

To give general and practical information about plant tissue cultures.

Course Content

Tissue culture-related definitions, techniques used in plant tissue culture, preparation of plant nutrient media, isolation and transferring of plant tissues, culture conditions, acclimatization of in vitro plants to environment, meristem culture, shoot tip culture, cell and callus culture.
