Gene Cloning and its applications

Course Content

The Importance of Gene Cloning, Properties and Functions of Plasmid and Bacteriophages, Isolation and Purification of Chromosomal, Pazmid and Bacteriophage DNAs from Live Organisms, Assignment of DNA Using Transformational Systems to Live Organisms and the Properties of Techniques Used in Cloning. Polymerase chain reaction, Microbiology, cloning in agriculture and medicine
