The relationship between protein structure and function and factors affecting protein function, protein isolation, purification and structure

Course Content

General Properties of Protein Structure, Amino Acids, Primary Structure, Secondary Structure, Secondary Structure, Quaternary Structure, Purification and Characterization of Proteins, Structural Analysis of Proteins, Determination of Protein Structure by X-Ray Diffraction, Biological Functions of Proteins, Enzymes, Hemoglobin, Myoglobin, Cell Skeleton Proteins, Immunoproteins, Chaperones, Biosynthesis of Proteins, Post-Translational Modifications of Proteins
