Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to enable the graduates to have knowledge about Polymerase Chain Reaction, to be able to apply the test and to solve the problems they may encounter during the applications.

The components of this course consist of Polymerase Chain Reaction, it's standardisation and the evaluation of the test results.
