Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach quantum mechanics, thermodynamic and informatics methods and concepts in the methods used in the quantification and visualization of biomolecules with physical processes and the structure and functions of biomolecules in the molecular level and functions of biomolecules in the process of diagnosis and treatment of cells in molecular diagnosis in health.
Course Content
Biological Macromolecules, Structures and Dynamics of Biomolecules, Mass Spectrometry, Absorption Spectrometry, Fluorescence Spectrometry, Optical Microscopy, Thermodynamics, Hydrodynamics, X-Ray and Neutron Scattering, Electron Scattering, Molecular Dynamics, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance will be discussed.
