Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the students micropreparation methods

Course Content

Preparate tecniques of animal tissue, total preparation methods, dry off, frot method, fixation, commonly used fixative mixtures, dehydration, embedding with paraffin, sectioning, staining, mounting after staining.
