Course Goal / Objective
Genetic structures of bacteria, extrachromosomal elements in bacteria and bacteriophages, genetic structures, recombination events between bacteria will be studied.
Course Content
Structure of DNA and RNA, replication, gene expression, mutation, tpye of mutations and affected factors and regulation of gene expression are examined.
