Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to make students understand the relationship between diaposis and endocrine system in diaposis, diapose factors and parasitic insects.

Course Content

The definition of diapose, affecting factors of diapose, suspension of development, diapose in Bombyx mori (egg parasitoid), Orthoptera and parasitic insects, dormancy in developed embryo, relation between diapose and endocrine system.
